Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hip Stays matches all published rates found on any booking platform. When you book direct you have 2 options: Book Now and make pay via Stripe with a 4% processing fee or Request to book and I will create a quote for you. Once you receive the quote you may book via Zelle with a 2% processing fee. Either option is cheaper than booking on large booking platforms where they charge 6% - 15% saving you more money to spend on excursion and fun activities in the Florida Keys.
